I am testing out a new recovery/training drink called Push Endurance. First impressions are good – it mixes very well, tastes good (and I would never normally choose something grape flavoured, but this is quite palatable); in a couple of weeks I should be able to give some feedback on how it helps recovery too – just entering my last block of training for the British National Hillclimb championships in three weeks.
