A little extra project just completed – my buddy Joe recently took his Surly Pugsley fat bike on a long tour of South America. After several months on the road the frame was pretty beat up, so he asked me to re-paint it. And whilst I was at it, he had me add a whole bunch (7!) of extra bottle cage mounts to replace where he had hose clamped additional cages on previously. I also removed the cantilever bosses and brake cable noodle before giving it a flat black powder coat. Now it is all ready for the next grand expedition!
