After my season last year didn’t quite go as planned due to illness, I’m excited to be fit and healthy for racing this year! My training has been going well, and I have found that Push recovery drink does seem to help speed up recovery after longer/harder training sessions – and being vegan it fits my diet! I just got some more, in the new watermelon flavour, which is easy on the palette and goes down well when I get in from riding.

Looking forward to next week for a couple of reasons – excited for NAHBS, which is going to be the biggest edition yet. And it is a rest week from training! Now to just get the rest of my hours done this week…..
