Mitch’s road bike

Mitch was taken with the aesthetic of my personal ‘little blue bike‘, that I built back in 2009 (it was actually frame number 6). So he asked me to build him something similar, but of course with custom sizing for him. And Campy :-

The mainframe features round tubing from True Temper and Columbus, with oversize Columbus chainstays and 3/8″ wishbone seatstays. Mitch really liked the look of the stem on my bike, so we managed to source a NOS 3T Less XL, which was painted to match.

The finish is a triple coat blue powder coat fade by Custom Powderworks. Matching blue anodised Chris King hubs and headset. And thanks to Tina Buescher for the photos.
