Joseph’s road disc frameset

Joseph’s road disc frameset

Joseph asked for a road disc frame with clearance for 30mm tires. We used an Enve fork up front, with a custom EC headset to allow the 1-1/4″ tapered fork to fit into a not-too-big headtube. The frame then has a custom bi-ovalised downtube, ovalised toptube and shaped seatstays. Along with modified s-bend chainstays.

To gain the finished appearance Joseph requested, the rear stays, downtube and headtube are stainless steel. These parts of the frame were then polished prior to paint, so that reverse masking could be used for the logos.

The frame is setup for Di2 routing, and fully internal rear hose routing – a T47 BB allows room for both wires and hose to pass through.

Beautiful paint by Colorworks.
