Custom TT bike

This bike was built for the MADE show for Shimano to launch their new time trial wheelset. So now it needs a home!

The frame has a 76 degree seattube angle (the seatmast cap can be flipped to gain another degree), and a 56cm toptube. The stack/reach is 495/431. What is very helpful for fit is the huge range of adjustment built into the Vision TFE aerobars. Supplied with the bike is the full kit of spacers for height, then there is independent adjustment for extension angle, fore-aft and side-side. Saddle height is currently around 770mm, with adjustment – the mast can be trimmed or a longer cap made to suit if needed.

The fork is from Enve and the bike has a full Dura-ace groupset with 165mm cranks. Whilst setup with a double chainring, the front derailleur hanger is removable if running a 1x is preferred.

Priced without wheels, but I can supply various wheel options at a discounted price as required.

Build details:  The headtube was custom machined in one-piece to enable the shortest possible headtube whilst retaining room internally for the brake hoses. The downtube is custom rolled to a NACA streamline profile and the toptube is ovalised and features a fairing to mate up to the Vision stem. The seatmast is custom ovalised and narrows above the toptube, with a custom cap for saddle adjustment. Syntace dropouts have a replaceable derailleur hanger – with the Shimano direct mount style here, but a regular hanger is available too.
