Custom Di2 race bike

I had been intrigued with Shimano’s electronic shifting, and so was excited to be given the opportunity to build a bike with it. This bike is for Emiliano from Het Fairwheel Podium (where you can see the bike on display for a little while until the weather gets good and Emiliano has to go ride it!), and he basically gave me a free reign on the design. I wanted to make everything as cleanly integrated as possible – this starts with a custom stem featuring a special pocket to house the Di2 control box. The cables then run inside the stem, the steerer and the frame before exiting right at the derailleurs. The custom battery is inside the seattube.
