Ali’s road bike

Ali’s road bike

Ali was able to come to the shop in the spring to be fitted. We started with the fitbike setup to match his previous bike, then gradually made adjustments to improve his comfort. Once the position was confirmed, I was able to design his bike to meet the requirements for fit, handling and performance.

The frame features a custom-butted integrated seatmast, with a modified internal-wedge seatpost enabling fine tuning of the saddle height. There are internally brazed bosses inside the mainframe for a seamless attachment of the Kaibab Customs framebag. Cable routing is optimised for the Campagnolo Ekar 1x drivetrain.

There is a matching custom steel fork and stem, with the stem featuring a special boss to allow attaching a Cane Creek computer mount.

Porsche-inspired paint was applied by Colorworks, who also custom painted the DT hubs before they were laced to the Enve rims. The final weight comes in at 18.8lbs.
