M5 Lightweight Hubs
M5:
Bram Moens has been building high performance bicycles in the Netherlands for 25 years under the M5 name. More recently he has applied his considerable engineering skills to lightweight components. His first product was a light yet powerful Road brake, designed using Finite Element Analysis, which went on to win several awards. Further details on M5 can be viewed here.
FRONT HUB:
At 33 grams this is likely the lightest front hub available. Yet the careful design means the strength is not compromised - there is no rider weight limit. Available in 16, 20 and 24 holes, this hub can be mated to a rim of your choice from the likes of Edge or Lew to make a superb lightweight wheel.

REAR HUB:
To match the front hub we have the M5 lightweight rear - 183g, but with a 15mm axle and four sealed bearings it is exceptionally rigid as well as light. Once again no rider weight limit. Available in 20, 24, 28, 32, and 36 holes, 130 or 135mm width, Shimano or Campagnolo freehub body. The left flange will accept radial spoking; the drive side should be laced 2 cross.
