650B single sided MTB fork

650B single sided MTB fork

Tomas wanted to change the front wheel size on his 26″ hardtail. So he asked me to build him a single sided fork that would allow a 650B wheel but maintain his existing geometry and handling. Here is the result! The fork (strut?) is all cromoly including the Lefty axle, with a titanium steerer tube. It is custom sized to fit to Tomas’s headtube, with a spacer under the top clamp allowing for a little fine tuning and headset preload adjustment. Complete weight is 1010g.
